Another excellent prompt that unearths so many memories. Like your drinking beef broth story, there was a time in my 20s when I would have a caramelized onion for dinner.

I hope to join you for a writing session soon, but the 26th of March is my son’s 18th birthday! He is very good at making scrambled eggs, by the way. πŸ˜„

I love spinach-artichoke dip but have never made it myself, and this recipe sounds so easy and good--thanks! Looking forward to the March 26 session, and to following through with today's prompts. So many possibilities!
