First, Happy Birthday! May your week be filled with joy. As someone who is also turning 58 this year (in 3 weeks, in fact), I am so grateful for this post. Age never bothered me - I stopped trying to hide my gray hair a decade ago - but somehow now, whether it’s the Covid time warp or just ...age, I am struggling more with being closer to 60 than 40. Thanks for the reminder to take joy in the present.

I'm so grateful for you, for Writing in Company, and for the joys and blessings that come into clearer focus in my life, because they just needed writing about them in order to be truly seen and felt.
